CEDIA Award Winner 2015 - Best Multiple Scheme for a Property Developer

Project overview

Located in the very heart of London’s Covent Garden, this development of 9 luxury apartments was started in 2013 when we got involved in the early stages of design. The apartments are located above the Jubilee indoor market with London’s famous The Ivy restaurant right across the street. Grahams won the "Best Multiple Scheme for a Developer" for this development where we designed and planned the right balance of technology to help the sales of these apartments.

Project in detail

All apartments feature a high standard of living accommodation with beautiful bathrooms and living spaces. Each apartment is fully wired for TV and quality sound with a number of apartments complete with Lutron Homeworks lighting control too.

The penthouse apartment has 270 degree views across London’s skyline and whether it’s looking at Covent Garden, The Shard or The London Eye the views are spectacular.

Each apartment is structurally wired for TV and Data using fibre satellite distribution and pre-wired for music too. All apartments follow and exceed THE CEDIA wiring guidelines and all of the wiring is fully tested and certified and All data and TV outlets clearly marked and ready for use.

In the show flat the Lutron keypads are programmed with very simple functionality allowing the estate agents to quickly and easily show off the apartments.

The developer is delighted with the final outcome and because of the high level and correct balance of technology deployed by Grahams.
